e-Passbook User Guide

The Surat District Co-Op.Bank Ltd. brings you ePassBook application for customers with his/her convenience. Now beat the branch and phone queues to view and get information on his/her transactions.


• Anytime, Anywhere Available.

• Customer can view all accounts details which is link by his/her customer number.

• Customer can view last three months transactions.

• Customer can receive e-mail on his/her registered e-mail address.

• Customer can maintain expense and income diary.

• Customer can view The Surat District Co-Operative Bank Ltd. branch details, like Branch Address, Branch Phone Number, e-Mail etc.


Steps for Using ePassbook :-

Login Screen :


On this screen, customer entered User ID and Password which is received by SMS and click on Login Button. If customer fill different forms for more than one account then customer entered User ID and Password for that accounts and get the details. Mobile number must be same for that all accounts.


Main Menu for Application :



1.            Account Information :


Click on this menu, customer can get the information which is link with his/her Customer Number like Customer Number, Phone Number, Mobile Number (which is registered for that application), registered Email Address etc. and also display account number(s) which is link with his/her Customer Number.


Click on this Account Number customer can get information like First Name, Joint Holder Name, Account Type & Account Balance and also get details like Branch Name, Branch IFSC Code, Branch Address & Branch Contact Number.



If customer wants to email this information then he/she click on this cover button and type Email Address, customer send that information. This information is mandatory for RTGS/NEFT.







2.            ePassbook :

Click on this menu, customer can get the information which is link all account with his/her customer Id. Customer can select A/c No and also select From date for view his/her passbook. Customer can see remarks option in this menu and customer can also note his/her comment. Customer can send Email this statement on his/her registered Email address. Customer can generate 90 days statement on this e-Passbook service. 

3.            Non-Banking Records :


In Non-Banking menu, customer can see three different submenus like New Transaction, Track Transaction and Back Button for go back to Main Menu. Customer can maintain diary in New Transaction Menu.





4.            Master Search :


In this menu, customer can search particular information which is entered by customer.







5.            Branch List :




In this menu, it will display all Branch Names which are link with Customer Number. Click on  Branch Name, it will get information like Branch Address, Contact Number, Email Address etc.






6.            Settings :


In this menu, customer can change password, see the application version and Back Button for back to the Main Menu.
